Process Service Summary

Standard a/k/a "Routine" Service (Fee based upon A.R.S. 11-445)

Attempted within 3 business days and every reasonable effort will be made to close the job within two weeks.
Three attempts included in the first mileage fee. (Additional attempts will incur an additional mileage charge)

Priority Service ($15.00 added to Standard Rate)

Attempted within 48 hours (next day) and every reasonable effort will be made to close the job within one week.
Four attempts included in the first mileage fee. (Additional attempts will incur an additional mileage charge)

Rush Service ($25.00 added to Standard Rate)

Attempted the same day we receive it and every reasonable effort will be made to close the job within days of receiving it.
Number of attempts included depends on location of service address. (Additional attempts will incur an additional mileage charge)

Special Service (Standard Rate + $50.00 P/hr, half hour minimum)

Service executed at a time, place, and/or manner of client's choosing; otherwise treated as a "Rush" service.
(Example: Serve defendant at his place of employment on Tuesday at 12:30 PM; or personal service upon John Doe only)
Number of attempts included depends on location of service address. (Additional attempts will incur an additional mileage charge)

Closing a process service job with a "Declaration of Diligence"

After the requisite number of attempts have been made, unless further instructions have been given and additional mileage fee paid, non-served
service of process jobs will be closed with a Declaration of Diligence outlining the efforts made (Date, Times, Events) to execute service in that matter.
Every effort will be made to include a morning, afternoon, and evening attempt, as well as at least one weekend attempt.
